At The Successful Man, we take great pride in crafting premium, top-tier products and carefully inspect each item before dispatch. However, if you encounter a manufacturing issue or are unsatisfied with your product, we aim to make the return and refund process as smooth as possible.
Return Policy
We offer a 90-day FREE return policy which means that you have 90 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all parts and accessories included.

How to Initiate a Return

Upon receiving the returned item, you may request either a refund or a replacement.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days - Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
If all criteria are met, we will issue a full refund—no further questions asked.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged:

- We will provide return instructions and arrange a replacement or refund at not extra cost.
Damaged Packaging
We take great care to package all orders securely to protect the product during transit.
Damage to outer shipping packaging, including shipping boxes or mailers, does not qualify for a refund or replacement. The function of shipping packaging is to protect the product inside, and cosmetic damage to outer packaging can occur during transit.
This policy does not apply to magnetic gift boxes.
If a magnetic gift box arrives damaged during transit, it is eligible for a full refund or replacement, provided the damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with clear photographic evidence.
Refunds or replacements for all other orders will only be issued if the product itself is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
