Order Cancellation
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order enters processing, it’s already on its way. You have a 2-hour window from the time you place your order to request a cancellation. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided at checkout. As we aim to process orders within 2 hours, address changes may not be possible once the order has shipped.
Failed orders due to an incorrect address at cart will incur a reshipment fee.
